Performance Series The Roanoke Island Festival Park Performance Series is available to all campuses of the University of North Carolina system. The talent is top-notch, and the drama, music and dance performances are free and open to the public.

Our Theatres Located on the banks of the Roanoke Sound, Roanoke Island Festival Park’s Outdoor Pavilion can seat up to 3,000 people on its spacious lawns. It hosts many community events, performances and festivals in addition to events planned by Roanoke Island Festival Park. The indoor theatre at Roanoke Island Festival Park sets an intimate, comfortable mood. With 250 cushioned seats, carpeted floor, and beamed ceilings, the venue welcomes guests for special programming and events that won’t soon be forgotten.
