Personnel Committee

Responsibility: To provide ongoing oversight and make recommendations to the Commission for the adoption of personnel and human resource policies for the Commission staff; and, lead an annual evaluation of the Executive Director and to make recommendations to the full Commission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Personnel Committee shall not serve as a grievance committee.
