The Meeting Room
This 2,230 Square feet room with its tranquil setting, fused with natural light, is ideal for a corporate meeting, retreat, dinner or reception. It is located in the Administrative Building with an adjoining small galley kitchen and bathroom facilities.
A meeting can be arranged in the configuration of your choice, including comfortable easy chairs and padded conference chairs. A retractable 8’ x10’ projection screen is available. In addition, a power point or DVD projector, sound system, lecture podium with microphone, table for your laptop or laser pointer can be provided.
The space also features a piano that can be used for events. However, renters are responsible for tuning the piano.
Funding from rental facilities at Roanoke Island Festival Park is used to support educational programming at the attraction which celebrates England’s first attempts to colonize the New World in the 1580’s.
